Solve many problems in one simple policy

Many, many, problems and conflicts in the world are caused by people fighting for power.

For example, nations seeking power over other nations, war, politicians seeking power, local councillors fighting, managers playing office politics, unions fighting with managers, and general battles within society.  It's everywhere you look - the battle for power.  It causes a great deal of harm and unhappiness.

The simple policy to remove all of this conflict, and provide a fair solution is...

Give all of the power to all of the people.

Yep that's right, every individual on the planet gets an equal share of the power.
