Innovation Myopia

Remember most people have innovation myopia:
they can't see what the future holds, even if it's like standing on the train tracks seeing a train hurtling towards them; they can't see the future impact!

It's always great to read a "team" report about achievments and work in progress
... especially when it doesn't mention any of the hard work I've done month in month out!
Great, not.

Further, despite being an e-learning focused dept., allegedly, most of the activities reported were not e-learning! Oh hum - welcome to our crazy world.
